Developed in-house at Hootology, HOOQZ is an enormous step forward in the field of market research, closing the gap between assumption and fact. Over the last 60 years, nearly every element of life has changed: the way we work, the way we shop, the way we date. But the way we learn what customers actually care about has remained stubbornly fixed in the 20th century—until now.
We designed HOOQZ because we were frustrated by the deficiencies of the outdated consumer research. In fact, our founder Stefanie resigned from teaching graduate-level market research at NYU, because she knew that she couldn’t tell students just starting out that surveys and focus groups were good enough to stake their careers on. HOOQZ was built to meet this moment, leveraging advanced tech—including AI—to elicit rich, nuanced, qualitative insights at a quantitative scale. Its engaging, interactive platform is a far cry from the stuffy, awkward focus group.
