GOAL
Understanding the demand for an entertainment venue in a highly-populated international city and determining the types of events most desired, and identifying the needs and wants of individuals related to this type of venue.
APPROACH
We conducted a digital quantitative study (available on mobile and desktop) using a dynamic reporting tool.
RESULT
The research-based evidence provided demonstrated resident excitement in the venue, the dramatic increase in sports and entertainment viewership in the area since 2015, and revealed key consumer segments and desired event types.
