GOAL
Understanding the historic needs of passionate fans to better stay in-tune with fan needs and convert newer fans and Southside residents to fandom that includes game attendance.
APPROACH
We created in-person experiential qualitative groups using in-game questions and video uploads along with virtual one-on-one follow up interviews.
RESULT
Our work uncovered insights used to proactively stay ahead of fan concerns so they feel heard and valued, create messaging and renewal campaigns, and spark ideation around a team “purpose.”
