GOAL
Understanding the current perception of the team to determine enticements and potential barriers which impact attendance for fan segments. Compare findings over time to understand the impact of new concepts and initiatives.
APPROACH
We fielded two artificial intelligence fueled discussion groups per year over a two year span and across multi-faceted fan groups.
RESULT
This work provided deep understanding of the reasons impacting the perceptions and attendance decisions of multiple fan segments and resulted in new ideation and decisions for future concept implementation.
