GOAL
Determine the perceptions, experiences, and thoughts of the Ethiopian community around healthcare, health insurance, and taking care of their health.
APPROACH
We conducted ten virtual in-depth interviews along with twenty dyad/triad conversations.
RESULT
This project uncovered the issues driving perceptions of the U.S. healthcare experience within this community and informed meaningful and impactful marketing campaign elements to connect with and encourage Ethiopians to engage proactively with their health.
